At first, coming from an IBMYP background, I barely had any knowledge of physics since we did Integrated Sciences. However, the help that the teacher gave me helped to strengthen my knowledge of physics immensely. The lessons are very thorough and the practice was very helpful. My grades have definitely improved over time, will recommend.

When I first started out at ethos, I knew nothing of what was required from me in order to bring out the best of my academic results and as an individual. During my first ever class in different subjects the teachers were exceptionally kind, understanding and welcoming. As a student that started off from ground 0 I was carefully guided bit by bit in every subject and every topic. The notes provided more than enough knowledge to understand the concepts both in miniscule details and how they relate as a whole. Despite the long hours of work spent on writing the notes and completing the worksheets, the teachers' resilience had led me to slowly find myself learning faster than the peers around me and most importantly come to a realisation that I was eager to learn to more as time passed by. Whilst I may not have been the most academically bright student, I feel proud to say that I have found my direction and purpose on the grounds of education and in life! Thank you Ethos!!!

As a student who had studied in ethos for around 3 years, my science grades had a big improvement from failing the test to getting As in the IGCSE exam. The teachers in the centres are all patient and kind. My teacher was Mr Low, his teachings were very informative and useful. The notes that he provided were all clear and understandable as well. He is a patient tutor who will constantly guide you throughout your difficulties. If you want to improvise your grades, this centre is highly recommended.

Ethos as well as my pre-eminent tutor Ms Tan has assisted me tremendously in achieving an A for my IGCSE Add Maths examination. Before joining Ethos, my average score for Add Math would be around 35% (fail). It was to the point where a pass would mean the absolute world to me. I joined Ethos' Add Math classes back in 2021/22 and believe me when I say it took nearly FOREVER for me to digest everything i have learnt. Nevertheless, despite my learning speed Ms Tan has always been very considerate, patient and helpful not just as a teacher but as a person in general. She would adjust the teaching speed to however suitable for her students, provide detailed explanations to answers, check on students' understanding level and overall provide the best learning experience i have ever had in my 17 years as a student. I am forever grateful for everything Ethos and Ms Tan has done for me, it was always my dream to get an A in Add Maths IGCSE, and thanks to her I have now achieved my target. Thank you Ms Tan and Ethos, can't thank you enough 🙂

When I was 12 years old, I joined Ethos for English lessons before sitting for UPSR. My tutor was Miss Yean Ling which I cannot forget about her. She teached me patiently even though I was lazy. My grades increases a lot and I could see more stars from my essays. Obviously, I got a great grades during my UPSR. I continued my tuition in Ethos during my secondary school. In lower secondary, Miss Vanessa, a very friendly and understanding teacher, teached me sciences. The way she explained to us make every confusion clear. She could clearly spot out our mistakes and correct us. She concerned about everyone and she knows how to treat her students in different way. Miss Tan, strict math teacher, changed me from being careless. She trained me to check every single formula and calculations to avoid making mistake. By not being careless really helped me a lot in every subject. Most importantly, my checkpoint results were flying colours by not facing any stress from studies. Times flies, IGCSE was coming soon. Mr Low shows up. ( the main character always be the last one to appear) THE POCKER FACE!! Mr Low really have his own way to conquer every students. He never speak any extra words. All his words are key points. His favourite thing to do is seeing his students being tortured by hard questions. He will not provide any answer but to let us search or discuss to find out the answer. This is a good way to let us use our brain but is cruel 🙁 Even though some of the tutors are trict, I never feel stress studying in ETHOS. The study environment are keep on improving to make students feel comfortable. The way of teaching changed according to students' character. After 6 years in ethos, I really find my own interest and my own character because of the teachers of ethos. I never regret joining ethos. I did changed my tuition before. However, I still find ethos suit me more. Many precious memories created in ethos, the classmates laugh together, cry together and so on. Ethos is not only an education centre. It is more like a family for me. Thanks a lot to every teacher who teaches me and endure my noise. Mr Low, you are a perfect teacher even you very 偏心 hahahahhaah To the main point, my IGCSE results are so good. 8As (9 subjects taken)

I've had a great experience while studying in ethos. The teachers were all really friendly and were more than willing to help when i seem confused. The place had a warm and cozy atmosphere making it easy to relax and study at the same time.
